A Dublin man has been charged with the murder of Eamon Kelly, who was shot dead near his home in north Dublin on Tuesday evening.
Sean Connolly, 34, with an address at Bernard Curtis House, Bluebell, Dublin 12 appeared before a special sitting of the Special Criminal Court.
He was also charged with membership of an illegal organisation, styling itself the IRA, and with the possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He was remanded in custody to appear before the Special Criminal Court via video link on 20 December.
